Focus: I employ a biblical worldview approach to counseling integrated with cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and person-centered therapy models. However, other evidence-based counseling approaches may be utilized depending on the nature of the issue being addressed.
Collaborate: During counseling, I will collaborate with you to explore the thinking, emotional, and behavioral patterns that affect your well-being and assist you with establishing realistic goals. There may be“outside session activities” where you will be asked to complete goal-related projects.
Grow: Keep in mind that to experience the ultimate benefits of counseling, you will be expected to contribute to fostering an atmosphere of cooperation and respect, be honest and open, and actively engage in personal growth as a priority. Although the outcome of counseling is often positive, the level of satisfaction for any individual is not predictable. However, I will support you throughout the process to achieve the best results possible.

I enjoy shooting pool, bowling, laughing, and eating yummy food, especially with family and friends. Additionally, visiting museums, reading books (such as the Bible), and doing DIY/home renovation projects with my wife are among my favorite things to do.
