We work with the Mentaya platform to assist clients with being reimbursed when using their out-of-network benefits. Mentaya will file claims and handle all insurance paperwork for reimbursement. Additionally, a receipt of service and fees can be provided to clients who wish to submit a claim directly to their insurance company.

Payment for each session is due at the beginning of each session by cash, personal checks, or credit cards. VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Zelle, and PayPal accepted

We ask that clients maintain responsible relations regarding appointment times. If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, or you do not provide at least a 24-hour advance notification of cancellation, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
